Launch event / Level cap 35

The 35 Welcome Event

Novus opens its gates slowly. As release draws near, the server starts at a level 35 cap, and every week the ceiling lifts by five more levels. Nobody races ahead alone: we all brave the perils of Ether together, and the first to rise are remembered.
